Description
The TECNA 6075 pairs a 56 kVA medium-frequency (MFDC / inverter) transformer with air-operated actuation in a press-type spot/projection welder configuration. TECNA inverter technology delivers higher welding quality and precision, more efficient use of electricity, a more compact build, and lower impedance loss than single-phase AC. It provides a maximum welding power of 200 kVA and a maximum short-circuit current of 25 kA, with 1,056 lbs (470 daN) of electrode force at 6 bar. A water-cooled transformer, plates, electrode holders, and electrodes with epoxy resin-coated windings support extended duty cycles. It offers an electrode throat depth of 15.75 in. (400 mm) and a projection plate throat depth of 11.02 in. (280 mm).
