Description
The TECNA 6010 pairs a 25 kVA MFDC / inverter transformer with mechanical foot-pedal actuation. The 6010 provides a maximum welding current of 12,000 amps, a maximum electrode force of 539 lbs, and a maximum throat depth of 21.65 in. Arm length, electrode stroke, and throat depth are all independently adjustable to accommodate varied part geometries. TECNA MFDC inverter technology delivers weld-to-weld repeatability and more efficient energy use than comparable single-phase AC welders. An intuitive potentiometer-based control provides simple manual adjustment of time and current parameters. Within the 6010-6013 family, the 6010 is the entry foot-operated MFDC model with a 21.65-in. maximum throat; the 6011 extends throat depth to 27.56 in. at a reduced 337-lb maximum electrode force.
